PESI launches school of social entrepreneurship

PESI initiates cultivating entrepreneurial skills for social good.

The initiative is designed to introduce the concept of social entrepreneurship as well as explore the use of business skills and market knowledge to develop creative solutions for delivering positive impact.

The School will employ non-formal and distance education to deliver periodic courses on various aspects of social entrepreneurship, including the basic structure and principles of planning and launching a business model, funding strategy that ensures success for social ventures, identification of social business opportunities, integration of social innovation into business activities, measurement and scaling of social impact, relationship building with donors and investors, etc.
