PESI gets represented in EaP Youth Forum

PESI Board Member Farid Malikov attended the 2nd Eastern Partnership Youth Forum held in Riga, Latvia from February 9 to 11, 2015.

The Forum brought together about 200 participants from the youth field, such as young people, youth workers, and representatives of youth organisations, youth ministries and youth research - to discuss and recommend innovative steps to foster young people's employability, including mobility and partnership programmes, cross-sectorial cooperation, exchange of good practices and innovative ideas, youth policy development.

Farid Malikov partook in discsussions of the tematic workshop dedicated to easing the transition of young people from education to the labour market.

The 2nd EaP Youth Forum is an event of Latvia's Presidency of the Council of the European Union, and final conclusions of the event will be communicated to the 4th Eastern Partnership Summit to be organized 21- 22 May 2015 in Riga, Latvia.
