PESI develops entrepreneurial skills to tackle youth unemlpoyment

On 24-25 August 2016, PESI organized training for a group of potential entrepreneurs to familiarize them with various aspects of starting and doing business.

The training topics covered business planning and registration, marketing and sales, operations and human resources management. The lively and interactive training program with a combination of presentations and case studies challenged the participants to learn best business practices and share their skills.

The training participants gained best practices and deepened their knowledge and understanding of successful business models and operations through business process benchmarking. The training course honed business acumen of the young people and developed their entrepreneurial competence to set up, manage and grow a successful business.

The training course was delivered by PESI experts and attended by a group of 10 participants encompassing senior and master students and recent graduates with business-related majors.
